Michael Cheika has no doubt what All Blacks counterpart Steve Hansen means when he says the Wallabies coach has enough problems of his own to worry about - the 13-year Bledisloe Cup drought.

Hansen made his sniping comment when he arrived in Australia on Sunday after being told Cheika suggested he faces some interesting selection decisions for Saturday's opening Rugby Championship and Bledisloe Cup Test in Sydney.

"When they say we've got our own problems, that's what they are referring to, the fact that we can't we beat them," said Cheika on Monday. "We're just going to have to work on how we're going to do that."
